A list of where you can play Chess on the Isle of Wight!

Chess is thriving on the IOW with many local groups playing on a weekly or monthly basis. All of the groups below welcome newcomers and have mixed abilities. Go along, meet some new people and get into Chess!

Casual play in the tennis club house, free parking is available.

Come learn chess, casual play 6.30pm to 7pm followed by matches or a mini tournament. Kids welcome with parents.
